Joe is the advisor to the Royal Horticultural Society and has been giving gardening advice on BBC radio Leeds for over 15 years.
Gardening hour will take place at Wellington Central, Wellington Place from 12.30 on the 23rd February and will be packed with horticultural hints tips and advice on all aspects of gardening from vegetables to bedding plants and lawns.
There will also be the opportunity to buy unusual plant and vegetable varieties.
